James Scott-Clarke joined the Army in 1966. Over the next 40 years, he served in many parts of the world. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2008. Since then, James has been conducting battlefield tours in Normandy concentrating on D Day and the Battle for Normandy which followed it. He and his wife Isobel have lived in Tisbury since 2005.

Don retired from the Army in 2002 after 37 years service. His final appointment in the Ministry of Defence was directly related to service welfare and the administration of service charitable funds. Since full retirement from consultancy work with the MoD in 2009 Don has been a trustee with the Fovant Badges Society (as co-conservation officer) and a driver with TISBUS. Don and his wife Pat have lived in Chicksgrove since 2009 where a large garden and a sizeable woodturning lathe keep him out of trouble.

Gordon worked as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in Canada and London before setting up publishing company Cathedral Communications, based in Tisbury since 1995. Gordon was the treasurer for Tisbury’s Nadder Hall for eight years prior to joining TISBUS. He lives in Tisbury with his wife Liz and two daughters.

Julia started her career in public sector housing before joining the Prison Service in 1998 as a trainee governor. She governed Haslar Immigration Removal Centre Portsmouth, HMP Guys Marsh in Shaftesbury and latterly HMP Holloway in London. She retired in December 2015 and was awarded CBE for services to prisons. Since then Julia has been volunteering for a variety of local organisations from dog walking to charitable housing. She has lived with her husband Barry in Tisbury since 2010.

He has been the TISBUS transport manager since 2016.
Keith joined the Police Service in 1964 serving with the Metropolitan Police in London. He retired in 1996 having led a varied career and being involved in many police investigations. Since retirement Keith has seen employment with Avis Vehicle Rentals and a period of self-employment in the field of vehicle logistics. He and his wife Valerie have lived in Donhead St Andrew since 2002.

After leaving sixth form Jody worked for British Army Headquarters 3rd UK Division as the chief clerk for physical and adventure training in the south west region. Jody has two sons, one at university taking an IT degree and the other taking his GCSEs.
Jody, her fiancé Ryan and their two boys moved to Swallowcliffe in 2010 and joined the TISBUS team soon after arriving, initially as a trustee, then after three years taking on her current role of trip administrator and coordinator. Jody’s hobbies include baking and cake decorating, reading and anything to do with cars and motorbikes.

Liz trained and worked as a management accountant within large corporate organisations in Kent until 1999 when she took a career break to have her daughter. In 2004 the family moved to Wiltshire where she set up her own bookkeeping company providing services to local business.
