She became the Chair of TISBUS in 2023.
Sandra started her career in the Civil Service in Northern Ireland and then in Germany before returning to England and moving into finance. She has held various financial positions including Financial Controller in a number of locally based companies before her final role from 2011 as Finance Director of a large Health Food Wholesaler based in Southampton.
She moved to Tisbury in 1985 and since her retirement in 2020 has become involved in local activities including volunteering at Tisbury Library. She is currently Treasurer of the Tisbury Gardening Club.
ANNE RALPHS

She has been the TISBUS secretary since 2019.
Anne worked as a teacher for two years before moving to be senior geography editor at the educational publishers Macmillan. After eight years she did her Bar exams and practiced at the Bar for 25 years. She was appointed a Recorder in 1996, a post she held until 2017. Anne moved to Tisbury in 1979 and to Swallowcliffe in 1989, returning to Tisbury in 2017. So, she is familiar with the locality. Anne is a LINK driver and enjoys her garden, theatre and is a member of the Tisbury Bowls Club.

TONY FORDHAM

He has been the TISBUS treasurer since 2026.
Tony worked in the Avionics industry in Kent for over 30 years, mainly on defence projects, specializing in project management and business performance. Following retirement from this role in 2009, Tony then started a second career with the National Trust, applying similar skills in facilities and finance management, from which he has recently retired after 16 years.
Tony moved to Tisbury in 2016 to be closer to grandchildren in Salisbury. His interests include working on his allotment, walking and woodworking. He is currently chair of the Tisbury Allotment Committee and programme coordinator for Tisbury Footpath Club.

KEITH WALTERS

He has been the TISBUS transport manager since 2016.
Keith joined the Police Service in 1964 serving with the Metropolitan Police in London. He retired in 1996 having led a varied career and being involved in many police investigations. Since retirement Keith has seen employment with Avis Vehicle Rentals and a period of self-employment in the field of vehicle logistics. He and his wife Valerie have lived in Donhead St Andrew since 2002.
Keith's role covers fleet operations and vehicle maintenance.
DON McLAREN

He is an advisor to TISBUS and was secretary from 2011 to 2019.
Don retired from the Army in 2002 after 37 years service. His final appointment in the Ministry of Defence was directly related to service welfare and the administration of service charitable funds. Since full retirement from consultancy work with the MoD in 2009 Don has been a trustee with the Fovant Badges Society (as co-conservation officer) and a driver with TISBUS. Don and his wife Pat have lived in Chicksgrove since 2009 where a large garden and a sizeable woodturning lathe keep him out of trouble.
Don's role includes advising the board on policy and practice and undertaking special projects.
LIZ BROWN

She has been the TISBUS bookkeeper since 2009.
Liz trained and worked as a management accountant within large corporate organisations in Kent until 1999 when she took a career break to have her daughter. In 2004 the family moved to Wiltshire where she set up her own bookkeeping company providing services to local business.
Liz should be contacted regarding invoicing and bookkeeping matters.
DAVE MILAS

He has been the TISBUS coordinator since 2020.
Born and bred in Kent, Dave moved to Tisbury in 2016 after working for over 30 years in Stavanger, Norway, as an exploration geophysicist in the oil and gas industry. Dave is currently chair of Tisbury Arts Group and secretary to the Victoria Hall management committee and has a keen interest in geology, archaeology, theatre, golf, football, footpath walking and pretty much watching any sport on TV.
